The Currents
An exploration of music, movement, and life's wonderfully unpredictable nature.
Some stories refuse to stay on the page.
Born from a short story written years ago, The Currents is a sprawling, 19-track musical journey through a world of unusual characters, unexpected connections, and restless imagination.
Rooted in funk and the freewheeling spirit of jam-band music, the album moves between playful grooves, expansive instrumental passages, and cinematic storytelling. Five interludes punctuate the journey, creating the feeling of chapters in a larger, unfolding narrative.
Humor, mystery, momentum, and a willingness to wander into unexpected territory run through it.
At its heart, The Currents is about the forces that carry us through life: the people we encounter, the stories we inherit, and the strange, beautiful ways our paths intersect.
It's an album about the journey as much as the final goal —and what happens when we surrender to the currents.

SØREN
An instrumental journey through curiosity, imagination, and the joy of discovery.
Not every story needs words. Sometimes, all it takes is a melody, a little imagination, and the willingness to follow the music wherever it leads.
SØREN is an exuberant exploration of sound, movement, and possibility. Blending the intimacy of piano and cello with the bright personality of trumpet, sweeping orchestral arrangements, and playful, percussive rhythms, the album moves effortlessly between quiet contemplation and joyful exuberance.
Across eleven instrumental compositions, the music creates a peculiar universe of its own. Melodies emerge, collide, disappear, and return transformed. Gentle moments give way to unexpected bursts of energy, while classical influences mingle with contemporary rhythms and cinematic flourishes. A sense of adventure runs through it all, as though each piece discovers itself along the way.
At its heart, SØREN reminds us that wonder doesn't have to be complicated, that creativity thrives on curiosity, and that sometimes the most interesting destinations are the ones we never intended to reach.
